Cancellation:
- We kindly request a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for cancellations of IT support appointments.
- To cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email.
- We will confirm your cancellation.

No Show:
- If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a “No Show.”
- A $50 Callout Fee will be charged to cover the time and expenses incurred by our team in preparing for your appointment.
- The no-show fee will be added to your account and payable by the invoice due date.

- We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will assess each case individually.
- If you have a valid reason for your cancellation or no show, such as a medical emergency, we will waive the fee.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any such circumstances.
